Leadership

Buildx is led by an experienced team of engineers, project managers and commercial professionals who share one commitment: delivering every program safely, on time and to the highest technical standard.

How we lead

Our leadership team sets the direction for the group, oversees engineering quality and safety across every site, and stays directly involved in the programs we deliver — from early planning through to handover.

Accountability at every level

Each program is assigned a senior lead who is accountable to the client for scope, schedule, cost and quality, supported by dedicated engineering, HSE and procurement specialists.
